Here is your chance to enjoy the splendor and scenery of the dramatic Blue Ridge Mountains at a
beautiful time of the year to travel. The Smoky Mountains are well known for their spectacular
vistas, but their history and culture of Southern hospitality runs deep.

Kick off your Summer to Remember with a trip to New England’s most famous playground,
CAPE COD! Come feel the sea breezes on your face and smell the salt-sea air, as this scenic area is
well known for its quaint villages, sandune beaches and lighthouses as well as its American history.
We’ll travel on day one, with dinner included, before arriving at our hotel in the Syracuse area.
After breakfast in our hotel (and every morning) we’ll head to our Hyannis area hotel on day two,
with dinner included. On day three, we’ll begin exploring with our local guide who will share the
culture, charm and secrets of Hyannis including a stop at the JFK Museum. The seaside Kennedy
Family compound is not open to the public, but we’ll have a chance to view the estate, allowing us a
peek inside the life of American royalty. After Hyannis, we’ll travel to the picturesque village of
Sandwich (from 1638) with a stop at a Cranberry Bog before dinner.
Day four will have us taking the ferry to New England’s most prominent island, Martha’s Vine-
yard, with a thriving culture, rich history and breathtaking shoreline. We’ll have time to explore the
shops, restaurants and historical sites before returning to the mainland for dinner. Our guide will
take us on day five, along the outer cape to Provincetown where we’ll see the 360 degree view of the
dunes, outer beach and Atlantic Ocean from the visitor center observation deck. We’ll have time in
Provincetown, well known as an artist colony, to see their shops and boutiques.
We’ll depart our hotel and spend day six in BOSTON! Our guide will give us the All You Can
see in ONE day Boston experience, seeing Quincy Market & Faneuil Hall, Trinity Church, Boston
Common and even “CHEERS!” Where Everybody Knows Your Name. We’ll have dinner at night

SOARING EAGLE Resort, with time to discover their indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, many restaurants and
amenities. On Wednesday, we’ll depart early for St. Ignace and OVER the Mackinac Bridge to take the
high-speed Starline Ferry to Mackinac Island (where no cars are allowed.) We'll start our Island visit with a
marvelous buffet lunch at the GRAND HOTEL. After lunch, we'll have time to sit on the porch and take in
the fabulous view. We’ll take a horse-drawn carriage with time to visit the charming shops of the village. In
late afternoon, we’ll return to the mainland and enroute back to our resort. After we depart our resort on
Thursday morning, we'll visit the unique and famous Cops and Donuts Bakery. Next, we’ll enjoy lunch
(included) at the Bavarian Inn of Frankenmuth. We’ll have a guided tour of the town with a chance to soak
in their German culture and shop the main street before we head home.
